We have on November 4th Ordered in the evening and were very satisfied. The portions were very plentiful, the rice was absolutely great and the starter and meat skewers were delicious. The Kubide was especially good. Gladly again!

We were a guest here on October 25th, 2020. It is a very good Persian family run restaurant. Our orders were received warmly and friendly. The food was very well prepared. Great high quality 👌🏻 in addition, there was no skimpy on the quantity 👌🏻 The staff are disciplined, attentive and very reserved, but they are ready to serve 👌🏻 There is of course Persian background music and we can fully recommend it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 We eat Persian regularly and are familiar with the quality. Absolutely fair in terms of price 👌🏻 is definitely worth a visit 😉 When we are back in Kassel, we will be happy to be guests here again and look forward to it ☺️

Just a hammer. We were greeted by the kitchen with a delicious soup and had two very tasty main courses with hearty meat skewers. I would love to come back and here the customer is really still king, thank you very much.

I've known the Safran restaurant for a few months. The dishes are always fresh, aromatic and culinary - all these components combine to create a taste experience. I definitely recommend it to everyone. The food comes after 10 min on the table and I find that acceptable for such a good restaurant. Good vibes and friendly staff are also worth mentioning. Keep it up.

Very nice service from the boss. The food tastes excellent and there was also a greeting from the kitchen with flatbread, olives, sheep's cheese, parsley and fresh mint.

We recommend. Friendly owner family, authentic cuisine and freshness that you can taste! Also suitable for vegetarians.

The staff was friendly, the Persian food was good, Persian drinks (Ayran) and yogurt with wild garlic was very tasty and fresh.

The staff was quick, neat and nice. The decoration on the tables and in the entire restaurant is decent and nice. The toilets are always clean and all in all, the restaurant gives a good impression. From our point of view, a visit here is highly recommended. I would have liked to have tasted myself first, but then there would have been more space for the good food.

We were there with 4 people in December and I have to say that we were extremely satisfied. Nice ambience, wonderful staff and the food was the best I have eaten in a long time. The meat plate was more than generous compared to the price. The desserts are imaginative and witty. We will eat there again soon. Highly Recommended!!

The staff is friendly. The toilets completely filthy. The tablecloths too. The restaurant is very shabby. The food tasted good, but apart from 5 crumbs of yellow rice, there was no saffron to be found. Portions are good, but unimaginative and completely overpriced. I will not go again.

The food was delicious. My husband and I ordered the Safran Teller (for two), and the meat was quite tasty. The babaganoush was yummy. Probably don't try the dough yogurt drink if you don't already know what it is, because it's an acquired taste. The staff was very friendly, and their homemade eis was a nice subtly sweet palette cleanser.

Furnishing is getting old. Food was ok. A lot and especially the starters were as expected Persian. The service was very nice and thoughtful.

A very cozy family restaurant, which invites you to linger longer. The service is very friendly. We ate twice "Saffron plates for 2". The food is delicious and came quite fast, but everything is freshly prepared. All in one, we will come back and recommend it gladly.

The food was the best iranian food we have had outside of iran. The staff were friendly, location was fine and prices were fair. Highly recommended.

Perfect dinner choice. It was the best place with solid vegetarian options late at 9:30, it should do well during Documenta since it is closer to all of that and not as expensive as the other recommendations, the ones we've eaten at so far. Nicest waiter/service we've had in Kassel even if they don't yet have menus in English. I'll have to check again on the names of the dishes we all got, I picked solely appetizers and side dish kind of things (like the eggplant) but the favorite was the vinegar marinated olives with nice little pomegranates.
